For one, Lisa likes to have some kind of flower on her head if she can find one. It’s not normally the same kind of flower either, she just likes any that she comes across. She will struggle to walk at times, since while Emolga can walk on two feet, they are classified as quadruped. And flying? Yeah, she's not even trying that yet. Old habits die hard, and she’s used to changing “outfits”. If she can find enough scarves or bows or anything of the like, she will often change them on a daily basis. This, obviously, isn’t normal behavior for most Pokémon, and is indicative of an individual who misses changing outfits. [attr="class","explorerheader"]▸ PERSONALITY ◂ [attr="class","explorerbox"]Lisa is a rather upbeat person all things considered. A free spirit, this Emolga goes her own way, and dislikes feeling tied down. She’s not afraid to speak her mind, and while she’d much rather take it easy than get into fights, she’s not afraid to try and back her words up either… key word being try. Being a human in her past life, let’s just say she’s a bit… lost. Good luck trying to tell her that, though, she’s too busy exploring to care about these turns of events. Pokémon? Never heard of them! Oh, wait, she knew about Pikachu… she kinda just assumed they were all Pikachu actually. Ah, well, it’s not like that’s important information when she turned into one. What, was there a quiz on the different kinds there were? That’d be stupid. That’s not to say she’s fine and dandy with being a Pokémon. On the contrary, she can’t stand it, and wants her old life back more than anything. For this reason, she can be quite the brat. In fact, she’s downright rude, rolls her eyes, and isn’t above the petty insults even when unprovoked if she’s in the mood. Lisa’s not a bad person by any means, and when it comes down to it, she will lend a hand… sorry, paw when needed. Even if she grumbles about it a bit first. Lisa can be quite brave, but unfortunately she lacks a lot of power to back it up. Yes, she has moves, but she barely knows how to use them. Using any sort of electric attacks in particular causes her real strain, and she is not at all eager to start flying anytime soon. Her gliding membranes are a particular nuisance because she will trip over them at times. Lisa’s also… a bit odd. Even among humans, she was always a bit of an oddball. She has this odd tendency where when she’s actually trying to be nice, or get to know someone, she mimics a facial expression. Why? Don’t know. That’s just kinda how she is. You’d have to ask her that yourself, honestly, and even then, Lisa’s not really sure on why she does what she does. Since becoming an Emolga, she has had strange... urges. For example, she's become really good at climbing trees, and does so a lot, but often gets stuck in them because she refuses to jump out of trees. She still has the instinct to do so, but has no reason to believe she'd end up okay doing so. In any case, Lisa may seem like a mixed bag at first, and she’s almost guaranteed to have rotten first impressions, but if you give her a chance, she is a load of fun in a bottle… once you get her to look past being a Pokémon and all. [attr="class","explorerheader"]▸ FREEFORM ◂ [attr="class","explorerbox"]Lisa does not have complete memory loss, but her transformation into a Pokémon has made most of her memories rather inconsistent at best. For that reason, she is not a reliable source of information on her own history or the human world… yet. As time goes on, her memories will become more and more clear, but for now, here’s the information that is consistent. Lisa’s short for something, but she doesn't remember what. She doesn’t remember if she ever met her grandparents or not, but she knows that she was raised by a male. Whether or not this was an uncle or her father, she is not certain yet. She lacked female role models, for reasons she wasn’t aware of. All she remembers is that there weren’t any women to influence her outside of her friends. Lisa traveled across the globe from an early age, and while this did affect her friendships, she remembered being fine with it. More or less. She also must’ve been pretty rich, she assumes, because she flew a lot. She also remembered having a lot of clothes from various parts of the world. Outside of that, things are a little hazy. She’ll claim certain things about her past, but then make completely different claims that contradict with the same confidence. As her story continues, more mysteries will be unlocked, so stay tuned! |
